All six typefaces and corresponding letterspace
have been visually optimized to control overglow and underglow attributed
to modern high brightness materials. The ClearviewHwy design helps
to maintain greater word pattern recognition for motorists with reduced
contrast sensitivity as shown in the simulated example (bottom).
